These Counselling Cards have been designed as part of a research programme which aimed to provide a picture of the 'fully-functioning person'. They define what the best outcome would be if a client and their counsellor truly succeeded.  Clarifying your sense of direction towards emotional stability and strength saves many hours wondering what the problem is.  This exercise facilitates that process and can be addressed either with a counsellor or as part of a self help strategy.
