Counselling sessions can be conducted in a place of quiet retreat in the Peak District, giving chance to relax and reflect in the beauty of the countryside.  Clients unwind in the comfort of a country house, or walk leisurely through the local countryside whilst benefiting from time spent with a professional confidante.

This location is around an hour by car from Manchester airport.

Alternatively clients may choose somewhere local, but away from everyday distractions.

A costal retreat in Wales is also available for a longer period of rest and relaxation, with therapy sessions included.
